LC Bulger is a Basketball Coach at The Arc Detroit where his enthusiasm and support helps players with intellectual impairments and other developmental disabilities play their best game and lead their best life.

Athletes Without Limits partnered with The Arc to field the first USA National Basketball team to compete at a Virtus World Championships when we took three coaches and 10 players to Vichy France for the 2023 Virtus Global Games.
