Registration Open for November National Swim Championships

Athletes Without Limits (AWL) and USA Down Syndrome Swimming (USADSS) are uniting to host America's first Open National Championship for swimmers with Intellectual Impairments including Intellectual Disability, Down Syndrome and Autism. This Short Course Meter (SCM) event will be held November 7-10, 2024 at the Rosen Aquatic Center in Orlando, Florida. August Update: Registration is now open until September 30th. Just announced! The 2027 Virtus Global Games will be held in Cairo, Egypt! Read the February 28, 2024 announcement & Video. Held every four years the Virtus Global Games is the World Championships for Athletes with Intellectual Impairment in 10+ summer sports. Following our 2023 US National Team trip to Vichy France, Athletes Without Limits will take US athletes to the 2027 Games. Details and exact dates will be posted as they are released by Virtus and the host country. Past trips have included France (2023), Australia (2019), Ecuador (2015), Italy (2011) and the Czech Republic (2009).
